The Law Office of

Gabrielle N. Helix

As a small private full-service law practice, every client and their legal issue matters.  We are dedicated to the needs of each of our clients and strive to reach one’s objective as best as legally and ethically possible.

Because we are a small office, we are able to provide individual attention to all of our clients.  Once you have become a client, our doors and phone lines are always open.  Phone calls are returned and appointment hours are extremely flexible.  We understand that our clients work, care for family and lead lives like we do; therefore, appointments are available after-hours and weekends.

Our office provides a wide range of legal services including Notary services.  Family law is one area of practice which includes everything from prenuptial agreements to divorce litigation.  Family law practice also includes custody matters including adoption, child support, paternity and visitation and other non-traditional family issues.

We also provide criminal representation of both adults and juveniles.

Other areas of practice include end of life planning such as Wills, Codicils, and Trusts and Administration and Probate; business formation such as limited liability company (LLC), partnership, and incorporation; simple property issues and disputes such as deed preparation, and property line issues; personal injury cases, and, contract law such as employment contracts, covenants not to compete, and other business contracts.

We also provide employee handbook drafting for companies. We do not handle real estate closings and some civil matters.  (For a full listing of legal services, please see Areas of Practice.)

What happens to our clients matters, and that is why we are dedicated to making sure each client’s needs are met whether it is in the legal realm or through community resources.  This means that if clients should need further assistance a referral can be made to another, more specialized attorney such as a bankruptcy attorney or a tax attorney, if necessary; and if a client should need assistance in other areas of their life such as mental or physical health assistance or financial aid, we are dedicated to helping clients find the appropriate resources.

Consultation:  For a consultation, please contact the office.  Some areas of law require that I charge a consultation fee.  During the consultation, you will be provided with more information about our office, and our fees.  Fees for legal services are highly dependent on the facts of the case and will be discussed in depth during our consultation.

No matter what your legal problem may be, at this office you will be treated with the utmost respect and consideration.  We hope that at no time you will feel nervous or apprehensive about consultations or appointments.  We strive to make each client understand that we truly do care about what happens.
